Title Setup Charges
Title setup charges are one-time “pre-press” charges paid by the author each time a new title is submitted to the EsteemWorld PublicationsTM digital library. Title setup charges are found in table given below.

Services Included in the Title Setup Fee 1. Full colour glossy laminated front cover
Ø Free for us to create you a beautiful cover design. Samples of our cover design are available in Cover Designs & Graphics.
2. Full colour glossy laminated rear cover
Ø Free for us to design your rear cover with blurb and/or author photo
3. Black and white inside with text and or/pictures
4. Text Layout/Typesetting/Formatting your text file if a properly sized file is sent over to us in word or PDF format.
5. Convert a correctly sized word document (your text file) to a PDF format.
6. Assign a unique ISBN number.
Ø Free Barcode generation and input onto cover design
Ø Free listing at Nielsen Book Data’s (UK), and The British Library CIP data. This includes free postage of your 6 obligatory copies to the British Libraries. These 6 copies will be taken from your free author copies.
7. Free detailed title listings in all daily catalogues (major websites) provided to US, UK and International distribution partners. This automatically makes the title a part of our Fulfilment/Distribution Service. However, after the first year, there will be a fee of £10.00 digital catalogue charge that will be billed on an annual basis for each title that is part of our fulfilment/distribution service. This fee is OPTIONAL and is only applicable if you wish to keep your title 'live' in our fulfilment/distribution system.
Discounted Title Setup Fee
The discounted title setup fee is when you:
Ø Supply us your own front cover correctly sized jpegs/tiffs/bmps with correct bleeds in PDF format.
Ø Supply us your own rear cover correctly sized jpegs/tiffs/bmps with correct bleeds in PDF format.
Ø Use your own ISBN number - however you must be registered as the publisher or we will not be able to use it.

- This title setup fee include postage and packing of the fee author copies
- For over 300 pages, email our team for a free no-obligation quote.
- For volume discounts available on over 50 copies, please email our team for a free no-obligation quote.
- We do not print on the inside of the covers for this price. It is white paper stock on these sizes and price.
- A book that is submitted for both paperback and hardback formats constitutes separate submissions and is billed separate setup charges.
- This set-up fee is NOT charged per print run, this is a one-off fee to set your title up on our systems and on our printers' systems
- No commitment to ever buy more copies from us unless you buy an ISBN in which case you must buy a minimum of 6 copies to go to the British Libraries. However, these 6 copies will be taken from your free author copies.
- If a title does not meet our submission standards, we may either reject the title or charge additional fees at the rate outlined in Additional and Custom Services; however, we will contact author and obtain pre-approval prior to completing or charging for any additional services.
- The average publishing timescale of three weeks is from the time of your submission of your print-ready files and payment to us, to you getting your first printed copy in your hands and your book being listed on Amazon. Please note, if we need to make your files print-ready in any way, then the publishing process will take somewhat longer than this.
- Using our self-publishing services means your acceptance of all our terms and conditions. So please ensure you read these, along with our Frequency Ask Questions before publishing with us.
