E-Booking Publishing
An e-book is an electronic version of your book that people download from the Internet to read on their computer. It has the advantage of being able to be read immediately without any shipping costs, and also the retail price is usually significantly less than the printed version. Therefore there are many fans of e-books, and e-books in certain genres can sell very well even at vastly inflated prices when you consider what they actually are. As there are zero printing costs and the distribution costs are minimal, there are good profits for the author when selling an e-book even for a low 'giveaway' price equivalent to around £2.50.
We can publish your e-book in adobe PDF format and within just days will have it listed and available on online e-book retailers. And you can earn 60% royalties on the recommended retail price.
Our Standard Price is just £46.99. And for this price, you will get:
· E-book setup and creation
· E-book marketing image
· E-book ISBN and listing and distribution to e-book sites. Here are just some of the sites your e-book should appear on: www.diesel-ebooks.com, www.powells.com, www.elibron.com, www.ebookmall.com.
· Royalties - 60% on retail price.
This price is for authors who are publishing the same printed book version with us. But for authors who are publishing only an e-book version with us, the following additional charges apply:
· Free for us to create your e-book from a PDF supplied by you, the author.
· £5 for us to create your e-book from a word or rtf document supplied by you, the author.
· Free for us to use the e-book marketing image supplied by you, the author.
· £5 for us to create your e-book marketing image.
Please note:
· You do not have to publish a printed version of your book with us in order to create an e-book version.
· Each individual copy of an e-book has security on it stopping it from being printed, copied or distributed. So our authors should have no concerns about their e-books being copied
· An e-book is not a good way of testing the market for whether your book will sell well in printed book form.
· The e-book market is very different to the printed book market, and in almost every genre, far more printed books sell than e-books do.
Certainly, for our low price, we think an e-book is always worthwhile doing, as a compliment to your printed book, and over its life should make you a profit. However, view your e-book sales as a handy extra income to compliment your print sales.
