7). Assign a unique ISBN number.
             · Free Barcode generation and input onto cover design
             · Free listing at Nielsen Book Data’s (UK), and The British Library CIP data. This includes free postage of your 6 obligatory copies to the British Libraries. These 6 copies will be taken out from your order (12 copies).

8). 12 Copies of your book for page counts of 108 up to 300 pages. For over 300 pages, email our team for a free no-obligation quote.

9). Free to join our Fulfilment/Distribution Service. However, after the first year, there will be a fee of £10.00 a year digital cataloguing charge that will be billed on an annual basis for each title that is part of our fulfilment service. This fee is OPTIONAL and is only applicable if you wish to keep your title 'live' in our free distribution system.

supply us your own front cover correctly sized jpegs/tiffs/bmps with correct bleeds in PDF format.

supply us your own rear cover correctly sized jpegs/tiffs/bmps with correct bleeds in PDF format.

Use your own ISBN number - however you must be registered as the publisher or we will not be able to use it.

For volume discounts available on over 30 copies, please email our team for a free no-obligation quote.
We do not print on the inside of the covers for this price. It is white paper stock on these sizes and price.
This set-up fee is NOT charged per print run, this is a one-off fee to set your title up on our systems and on our printers' systems.
No commitment to ever buy more copies from us unless you buy an ISBN in which case you must buy a minimum of 6 copies to go to the British Libraries. However, this price is discounted.
We can offer a multitude of custom hardback options, including a variety of Wibalin colours and types, foil blocking, book jackets, printed paper cases (PPCs) and sewn or unsewn versions. This is a custom service, so please contact one of our sales team today for a quotation,

Our Optional Services

The following services are optional and thus, they are not part of the price plan. However, they are designed to give your book a professional touch that might suit you.

Using Your Own Images.

· £10 per side and £5 for the spine to resize incorrectly sized pdfs/tiffs/jpeg cover images and to add in the correct bleeds for you
· £20 for us to design your front cover using your picture/s sent via email or disc - £5 extra per image if we need to scan them on.
· £15 for us to design your rear cover with blurb and/or author photo.
· £10 to add a specific font/styling to your spine (for free you will have a font of our choosing that we aim to match in with the rest of the cover)

Text Layout/Typesetting/Formatting

Letting us do your layout and formatting

· £30 for a full text format of an average sized book from computer disc or emailed manuscript. This includes inserting headers, page numbers, justifying text left to right and top to bottom, getting rid of 'widows and orphans' etc.
· £10 to create front contents page.
· Ask for a quote to create rear index.
· £120 and above for a scanning in and full text formatting of a book that is sent to us on paper only.

Editing/Proof Reading

· £20 Brief report on commonly found basic spelling or grammatical errors within the document. This is not a full proof read but merely searches for the most common faults our proofreaders see all the time.
· Ask for a quote for full professional editing and proof reading service. This editing service options include editing for just spelling and grammar.

Please note that editing or proofing by a professional editor is the most expensive part of the entire publishing process because of the amount of time involved.

Revisions & Corrections

Revisions to word files and/or PDF electronic proofs before the file is sent to print

· £10 minimum revision fee to amend any error - unless of course the error is ours in which case there will be no charge made. This £10 fee also covers our time correcting a small number of identified typos but please note that if there are numerous alterations to be made in your file we will need to charge for our time pro-rata.
· £10 minimum revision fee per cover unless of course the error is ours in which case there will be no charge made.

Revisions after the electronic proof file has been approved by you and been sent to print.

· £10 minimum revision fee to amend any error - unless of course the error is ours in which case there will be no charge made. This £10 fee also covers our time correcting a small number of identified typos but please note that if there are numerous alterations to be made in your file we will need to charge for our time pro-rata.
· £10 minimum revision fee per cover unless of course the error is ours in which case there will be no charge made.
· £40 for the printers to change over each text or cover file
· £10 per change in recommended retail price and/or discounts.

E-books

· £46.99 for e-book set-up and e-book ISBN number
· Free listing and distribution to e-book sites.
· You will earn 60% of the e-book’s retail price.
