In order to start your publishing process you need to follow our step-by-step guide to self publishing your own book, which takes you through everything you need to do to prepare to publish your own book. But you don't have to do all the work. When your manuscript is ready, we provide all the help you need to get your book published. There are five basic steps you will follow when you decide to publish with us

Step 1: Sign up with EsteemWorld Publications. To do this, click here

Step 2: Check your work thoroughly and ensure your work is correctly formatted in either Microsoft Word or one of our other acceptable file formats - you can find out more by viewing the Submission Guidelines or the FAQ.

Step 3: Choose your book cover design from our free samples

Step 4: Downloads the necessary documents.

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these downloads. If you do not have Acrobat Reader - you can download the latest free version, which will allowing you to view and print the PDF files below by clicking here.

If you choose to submit your manuscript by post, then you must download the last form required to submit your manuscript by post.

Step 5: Submit your manuscript

When you are Ready to submit your work, the easiest way to supply large files up to 1 GB to us is by using YouSendIt to transfer files to us via our address: info@esteemworldpublications.com. Please ensure that you send us a separate email or telephone one of our sales team on 07825986499 before you submit your file - this is very important as we handle large volumes of files on a daily basis.

However, you can also submit your manuscript to us by post. If that is your choice, please note the following:

1. Please ensure that you have downloaded and completed our postal submission form - available here as a PDF file.

2. Carefully package your manuscript and the completed submissions form.

3. Ensure that you have supplied any photographs or digital camera images, for which you must have copyright and detailed instructions regarding the book cover.

4. We strongly advise that you make a copy of your manuscript where possible, and send it by Recorded Delivery to the address given below:

What happens next? - What we do for you! Once we receive your manuscript

1. Assessing Your Work
Upon receiving your manuscript, our sales team will assess the work required.

2. Contacting You Regarding Payments Terms
We shall then contact you promptly regarding delivery details, payment terms and any queries our design studio may have.

3. Converting your files to print-ready PDF files

4. Sending you hard copy printed proofs
We aim to turn around initial proof copies within 5-10 working days, these are despatched to your email and when you receive your copy proofs, you must carefully check both the text and cover. Thereafter, you can instruct EsteemWorld Publication™ to proceed - no work can commence until we receive a feedback from you.

Please note that for extensive changes to the text file you may be charged our hourly rate for studio time.

5. Print the inner pages onto either "Creme" or "White" paper stock, depending on your choice.
"Creme" books are printed on 85gsm/55lb offset, opaque, 444PPI, creme white paper

"White" books are printed on 75gsm/50lb offset, 512 PPI, white paper.

Therefore, when your book has been signed off, it enters into a production schedule for printing.

6. Printing the Book cover

Perfect bound softback covers are printed onto white, 215gsm/80lb cover and laminate

Hardback book blocks are bound in 75gsm/50lb creme-white end leaves and glued into hardback cases.

7. Perfect binding and trimming the book

8. Packing the books and send them by dedicated courier
You should receive you books via dedicated courier approximately 10-15 days after we receive your approval to proceed, however this can vary during periods of heavy traffic from this website.

9. Providing continuous feedback by telephone or email
